Terms of Service — Exquisite Tile

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund issued for any cancelled order.

Quotes & My Projects
Prices requested through "My Projects" or any quote request are estimates only and are not binding until confirmed in writing and a payment has been processed.

Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full (or as otherwise agreed in writing) before production or shipment of special-order items.

Terms & Conditions of Sale
- It is the purchaser's responsibility to inspect and sort all material, especially marble, before installation. No claims will be accepted on installed material.
- For professional installations, we recommend a tile leveling system (leveling spacers) for all plank and rectangular formats.
- Exquisite Tile is not responsible for color, shade, or defects after installation.
- Shade variation is a natural characteristic of all ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and grout.
- Material received may differ in dye lot and/or shade from samples, sample boards, and images shown on our website.
- Special orders, including vanities, must be picked up within 5 days of our notice that they are ready.
- Any shipping discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- For insurance purposes, deliveries are curbside or to the garage only, except for white-glove delivery in Westchester County (see our Shipping Policy).
- If an account becomes delinquent and we retain an outside attorney to collect the balance, including filing a lawsuit, you agree to pay reasonable attorney's fees.
- Some of our product lines carry unique marketing names created together with their manufacturers. Manufacturers may produce the same product under a different label, and cartons may arrive with that alternate name, depending on available production stock.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, and design — is the property of Exquisite Tile and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
Exquisite Tile is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website, including damages related to installation.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
